 Oh no!  I am trying to reproduce the bug, but don't see it happening this
 time!  My Battery status is decreasing gradually this time, for example it
 says "Charged  37%" right now.

 So this is probably not an easy bug after all. I noticed it maybe twice in
 4 extended battery-only sessions. Only one session was I certain it was
 there because I was watching it closely and taking notes.
