 While running off battery only, testing joyride-2301, the "My Battery"
 status in the frame rarely updates.  In fact, it stays stuck at 72% for
 well over an hour, then within a minute (while I'm not looking) it changes
 from 72% to 14%, and the red LED comes on.

 In Terminal I was running $ olpc-pwr-log
 which showed battery % status declining gradually in 1% steps.

 I'm charging the battery now, and it looks okay, increasing in small
 steps.  So the bug happens during battery discharge, not recharge. It
 seems to update only at major decision points where it distinguishes among
 charged, discharging, low, whatever.

 This bug should be easy to find for whoever knows the code.
