 Just realized that the Frame issue is already mentioned in #7669.

 Also, to clarify what this ticket is about:

 The zoom level remains set to ZOOM_HOME when a launcher is shown.  This
 means that we can't get back Home when pressing the home key, since it
 thinkks we are already there.  One way to fix this is to set the level to
 ZOOM_ACTIVITY, which I think is semantically correct, since we want the
 launcher to ''BE AN ACTIVITY'' in every way.

 This is linked to #7293, which mentions that the activity zoom level isn't
 correctly selected in the Frame when a launcher is shown.  In fact, this
 ticket might fix that one. (It will, if we do set ZOOM_ACTIVITY as in the
 initial patch.)
