 Yes and no. Yes, for those people who are somehow able to bear the
 existing level of frustration. No, for those of us who've given up on
 deleting individual journal entries. (I blow away the whole thing from
 time to time, from the Linux console -- others may do a fresh OS install)

 Confirmation for individual files is quite unusable, especially when fresh
 new spam files get generated at a frightening pace.

 There could be confirmation of entry into a deletion mode. (in such a
 mode, the cursor changes to look destructive and you get 1-click deletion
 as fast as you can click the mouse button)
