 Yes, I agree that the "Later" button should actually result in the alert
 appearing again in the future; on next boot seems acceptable, since it's
 also trivial to do.  Adding "Cancel" makes sense as well.  I think we
 should put the 'dialog-cancel' icon on the Cancel button, and perhaps
 place no icon on "Later" unless someone has a clever idea for what that
 should be.
