Comment:

 I retested the unicast test on joyride-2263.  The first time, it responded
 to packet #1 in 1565 ms,
 dropped #2, responded to #3 in 4.61 ms, and continued responding OK.  The
 second time, it responded to packet #1 in 1680 ms, dropped #2, dropped #3,
 responded to #4 in 171 ms, responded to #5 in 4.82 ms, and continued
 responding OK.

 This is still broken.  It shouldn't be dropping these packets.
