 Thanks -- I've never seen a unit with this problem.  I've put dozens of
 different SD cards into XO's and never had trouble like yours.  Maybe with
 the serial number, wad can figure out if they had a manufacturing problem
 with that batch.  It almost sounds like there's an extra something in the
 slot, like an extra piece of plastic or cardboard or something that's
 jamming the SD card as it goes in.
