 When a USB/CD/DVD get automounted on XS, we need to read them for trigger
 directories/files to read/install

  - leases for the lease server
  - mgmt scripts
  - contents for xs-rsync (inc XO builds)
  - moodle resources
  - Wikislice content
  - etc.

 Notes
  - we don't want to pull in 'desktop' dependencies w this
  - if F7/F9 differ significantly, defer to F9
