#6914: Rainbow is inhibiting the CurrentActivityChanged signal

.. which results in the tinderbox not being able to track activity
launches/launch times. The cause of the inhibition appears to be that
Rainbow asks for the signal to be passed to it first, but then doesn't
understand the signal in its own code, causing the function to exit.

To fix this usefully, we'll need to both fix the upstream rainbow code,
and work out how to inject the fix into all the builds we want to test.
(Maybe with an ugly sed script, for example.)
