Comment(by ashish):

 Firmware version 5.110.22.p10 fixed a race resulting incorrect response to
 the command GET_HW_SPEC (0x3). The symptom were 0xFF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF
 interface addresses, all-zero firmare version reported by GET_HW_SPEC.
