 I believe that if someone is savvy enough to use a user-supplied style
 sheet (or to read a step-by-step guide from the Web on how to use one)
 then it would be sufficient to save it to some pre-defined area on disk
 (userContent.css in some directory), so it's not necessary to work it into
 the interface.  Would it be possible to recognise an on-disk
 userContent.css in time for the 1.0 release?
