Comment:

 Indeed not.  Family vs. given name may be in either order, and there may
 be cultures which use a single name.  I have a friend whose name is "TV
 Raman".  The letters *are* the name.

 I think, personally, with first generation pretty boot done, that all of
 this can wait until after FRS.

 But I'd run this by Walter, as he has to deal with Nicholas.
