 We are blocking on frame activation while dnd is in progress. It's going
 to need gtk (or X) changes, it's unclear exactly what they will be like
 yet. It's a very complicated issue which needs someone to be able to focus
 on it to *try* to find an acceptable solution, especially if we want to be
 able to get it upstream later on.

 To be honest I don't think we can have someone from the Sugar team
 focusing on a single problem, even if very important, for FRS. There are
 just too many bugs to deal with.

 Our suggestion, if we think this is *essential* to have in 1.0, is to
 assign it to someone outside the core Sugar team.
