Comment:

 bundles can uninstall themselves, but none of the code to have the journal
 call bundle.uninstall() exists.

 The tricky part is that at the point that the journal receives the
 "deleted" notification from the datastore, the object's metadata has
 already been deleted, so the journal can't query it to find out that the
 object was an activity. :-/
