Comment:

 OK, adding
 {{{
     GtkComboBox::appears-as-list = 1
 }}}
 to the "toolbox" style in sugar.gtkrc will make comboboxes in toolbars
 show up in the drop-down list style rather than the pop-up menu style. But
 the gtkrc and engine need to be updated to know how to draw that
 correctly. (Currently the colors are mostly wrong, and the round corners
 are in the wrong places.)
