 When you add many buttons to HTray or VTray, sometimes you see
 half-a-traybutton hiding under the side of the viewport.  Shouldn't we
 size TrayButtons so that they always display nicely in the tray?  Perhaps
 Tray can take a parameter which is "expected_TrayButton_width" to
 calculate this?
