Comment:

 This needs a bump.  We haven't had time to implement handheld mode, but
 there are a few details we could get right to make the experience much
 better in the default case, and this is one of them.

 There is no way (nor should there be, as it's not user friendly at all) to
 move the cursor via the handheld buttons.  As such, there is no need for
 the cursor.  Moreover, in most of the activities we want to highlight
 (Read, Browse) the cursor simply gets in the way of the content.  Unless
 one remembers to "push it aside" before switching modes, it's stuck there.

 Making the cursor hide automatically in this mode will both prevent the
 aforementioned in-the-way cursor, and it will also remove any temptation
 there may be to try to navigate via the cursor while in this mode.  Can we
 get some hard feedback on how much work this would be?
