Comment:

This will be greatly assuaged by the implementation of #3784, which will
provide visual (and perhaps audible) feedback when things appear in the
Frame (be they clippings, invitations, new activity participants, etc.)

However, this bug is still valid. We need to auto-scroll the activity
tray to the beginning anytime a new invitation arrives so that it will be
visible the next time the Frame in invoked. Although it "breaks" the
persistence of the currently visible activities, we feel that anytime you
intend to instantiate a new activity (and therefore are looking at the
activity bar), it's worthwhile to consider any open invitations. It also
fits better with the notification alert system outlined in the previously
mentioned ticket, which tries to make a spatial relationship between the
notification icon and the resulting object's location in the Frame.

This is high priority, since it's (I assume) pretty easy to add, and will
make such a difference in enabling collaboration without overhead on the
 part of the kids.
