 to support the Speex codec?  As in provided by a gstreamer plugin.  Should
 I file a ticket in trac?

 working, that's a bug.

 Watch & Listen reports that there's no renderer for Speex.

 The browser does not load any plugin to play Speex; it tries to download
 the file and sticks it in the clipboard with a disabled "Open" option.

 Apparently, the XO has no way to interact with Speex.

 The command: gst-inspect-0.10 | grep speex reports that the CLI
 applications for Ogg Speex are there as well as for RTP Speex.  So,
 something else is wrong.

 Things to notice: media types for Speex are audio/ogg when in Ogg (common)
 and audio/speex (or audio/x-speex if you want to wait until the former is
 registered) for RTP framing.

 Also, this isn't a new situation.  Speex support was not working in Build
 532, and it stayed the same for Build 598.
