 Attached is a sugar activity which shows the bug.  You can click 's' and
 'l' on the keyboard to resize the video quickly.  I get the cropped video
 in 1 of about every 30 resizes.

 JG or DCBW, I will come in to work with you how to best collect the data
 Jordan needs.
