Comment:

 This bug continues into b598, Q2C27.

 This needs to be fixed, otherwise, sometimes when kids resize a window
 with live video in it, their video will be cropped by their new smaller
 window.

 This needs to be fixed right away.  Any activity that will use video and
 xv will have problems unless this is fixed.

 dcbw, any thoughts on who and how this could get fixed?  If memory serves
 me correctly, this was a bug with xv (and grew out of fixes in #1821).
