Comment:

 The design for browse has always included a View toolbar to contain: zoom-
 in, zoom-out (if we can actually control the zoom), increase-font-size,
 decrease-font-size, and a fullscreen button.

 For this ticket, if someone can hook up the font size functionality I
 already have the icons designed in the Browse mockup.  We should map the
 standard keyboard shortcuts to (ctrl-minus, ctrl-equals, I think). I
 definitely think that this functionality should be provided in the UI.
