Comment:

 ssb22, Please upgrade to the latest firmware, q2c27. Also, you should be
 at 406.15 as a minimum build OS. There were problems with 406.14 (no sound
 in Tamtam) and nothing should have gone out with that version.

 Please note after upgrading your firmware, you must remove the power
 adapter AND remove the battery to ensure all trickle charge to the
 computer is gone. Then you can re-insert the battery and the adapter. You
 might try this before you bother to upgrade just to see if it gets you
 back into a working state.

 You can use the 'flash u:\q2c27.rom' from the OK prompt if you can't boot
 up after removing all power to the laptop.
