Comment:

 I agree that something is set to mute at start up. I have seen this as
 well and stumbled across the mute icon and then it worked. I am changing
 the description and setting higher priority for First Deployment. We
 should make sure this defaults in sound on mode rather than mute.

 Who owns this? J5, if it isn't you can you please help figure out who can
 help?
