 Attached are the UL requirements and the first pass icon ideas for
 representing the warnings.

 These need to be in the shipping product, so this is targeted for FRS. The
 next step will be to figure out where and when these need to be displayed;
 getting approval from UL on the icons themselves; then get the final
 designs into the code base.

 I'm giving this bug to Eben first so he can get the design ideas flowing.
