 I think we should keep the paper size at Letter.  I think that the value
 we choose to display to the user ''could'' be a translation of the
 percentage of the "actual size" which makes 100% fit the width of the
 screen.

 A complication that comes up with making 100% (and the default size) fill
 the screen is that the text would be really small.  We can address this
 issue simply by picking a larger default font size so that the text still
 appears readable.  This will make text quite large in proportion to the
 page (which would appear when printing), but this actually decreases the
 length of the lines which can make for more readable text anyway.  If the
 documents are never printed, then this isn't a problem, and if the child
 does want to print with a "normal" text-to-page ratio, then they should
 also be capable of adjusting the font size and dealing with the zooming
 that would be required to do so.
