 Well, it doesn't make sense if you don't know how that value is calculated
 :) The very short version is: it is derived from the paper size that is
 used (Letter), the dpi of the system, etc. Use a smaller paper size, and
 the width of the paper will fit at 100%.

 Not sure if we want that though, because if we want to let kids print at
 school, or for example generate PDFs, then the paper size will matter.
