 I was trying to just to a specific page, and so I focused the page
 stepper.  Instinctively I moved my mouse out of the way (and out of the
 toolbar) before typing in the page number I wanted.  I found myself typing
 the page number into the document because the text view refocused as soon
 as my mouse left the toolbar.

 This should happen on explicit click, and not on mouse-enter.
