 Ah, so C can't join the original "foo" because he can't A's announcement.
 So he creates foo', a new chatroom.

 The problem is that only one person can announce the MUC at the same time.
 To make it worse, when the original announcement is lost, nobody takes
 over announcing it.

 How trivial would it be for everybody in the MUC to try announcing it when
 the initiator leaves? Avahi would report a conflict for everybody except
 for the first person that did it, but that conflict could be ignored.
