 I opened activity-rgbpaint.svg with nano, and indeed it gives a stroke
 weight of 3.5.
 Opening it in inkscape, gives a different one. It's a bug in inskcape, and
 I wonder if that discussion we had about points and pixels in svgs was
 after all a problem with Inkscape. I'll try to found out more about this,
 and when I do I'll add it on the HIg's activity icons talk page.
