Comment:

 I'm a bit confused by the inconsistencies between the icons and the
 comments.  As far as I can tell, these two icons are identical apart from
 the position of the icon within the canvas (rgbpaint.svg is incorrectly
 offset to the lower right).  Both appear to have the same stroke weight
 (3.5, which is correct).  Both appear to work well when drawn as outlines
 (thanks for fixing that).

 In any case, it seems that activity-paint.svg is the one we want going
 forward.  Let's get that one into the builds.
