 Resume does make sense when the entry represents a version of an existing
 activity.  It does not make sense for entries/objects which haven't
 previously been instantiated as an activity yet.  This includes the
 activity bundles themselves (which are, by definition, uninstantiated
 objects), as well as files that came from "outside" -- from a USB drive,
 downloads, etc.

 Basically, the label should have a 1-1 correspondence with the presence of
 an activityID, with those that do having a "resume" label, and all others
 reading "start."
