 Ok, now I definetly now what's the problem:
 When Measure closes, it leaves PCM at 6, _and_ Mic at 100. Turning Mic
 down to 0 takes out the noise I was talking about, and increasing the PCM
 increases the volume, putting the sound back to perfect state.
