Comment(by HoboPrimate):
 I've given some thought about this, and now I tend to think that the Frame
 keyboard should turn the Frame visible, until the key is pressed again.
 Because you handle more use-cases having this alternative, almost
 opposite, way to handle with the Frame.
  1. Kids won't initially be dexterous enough with the touchpad to be able
 to, when toggling the frame with the frame key, take care not to leave the
 cursor outside of the frame for more than 1.5 seconds (will make their
 initial usage of the laptop more difficult).
  2. It will be helpfull for kids which just aren't dexterous enough, or
 fast enough, or have some kind of disability that impedes a perfect
 handling of the frame, even with a button which essentially would just be
 a shortcut of moving the cursor to one of the corners of the screen (which
 isn't the "troublessome" part of handling the frame).
 P.S.- I agree with the Title of this ticket.
