Comment:

 Dan - you're right that this will not be implemented in the stream called
 "trial-3"; I'm hoping to get enough input on the issues and scope and risk
 to the code base so we can make a good decision about whether it can be
 FRS feature.  Thanks for your thoughts. (we can leave it in FRS)
