 Agreed.  Native IPv6 (if it's even a priority for us) should be a separate
 bug.  This bug (as far as I understand it) is just for ensuring that our
 services are IPv6 accessible by hook or crook.

 Not having mail (for example) be IPv6 accessible is bad because some
 clients will (a) prefer the IPv6 address if it exists, and (b) assume that
 if the server doesn't respond when it is contacted (at its IPv6 address)
 that it is down.

 That said, pedal.laptop.org answers to IPv6 for http for me, at least.  I
 think the only remaining issue is mail, although we should probably do a
 more comprehensive check.
