 Well, nearly every control, icon, button, option, etc. in our designs has
 one of two sizes: 75px or 45px.  The icon sizes which fit in all of these
 are therefore 55px and 33px. and we use them just about everywhere.
 (Conveniently, this means the icons are exactly 73.333% of the size of
 their containing element, to the pixel.)

 I imagine we'll want to have buttons in both sizes.  We'll likely want to
 use the small size for drag and drop.  We'll want the large size for
 regular toolbars, and the small size for small toolbars, etc.  For the
 most part, things are broken down into these sizes.

 This relates to ticket #2680.
