 Yes, it is a styling issue. The "gtk-menu" icon size needs to be set to
 45x45 pixel in the theme.

 Something like
 gtk-icon-sizes="gtk-menu=45,45"
 needs to be added to the theme. Some other icon sizes would probably be
 desirable too.

 I see that also SIZE_LARGE_TOOLBAR (gtk-large-toolbar) is used in
 combobox.py. I guess that should be the same value?

 Other sizes that gtk has are (should I open a new ticket for this?):
  - gtk-button
  - gtk-dnd
  - gtk-small-toolbar
  - gtk-dialog

 I guess that at least gtk-button and gtk-dnd is interesting for us. Eben
 what size should these be?
