 Re-revised with more PS changes, on Gabble.

 1. (share) works if a2, a3 are already logged in.

 2. (join) works

 3. (non-initiator leaves) works

 4. (non-initiator rejoins) works

 5. (initiator leaves) works

 6. (initiator rejoins) works

 In (1) a2, a3 don't see a1's current activity if it is current before they
 log in to the server. This is #3327, which is out of scope for this bug.
