 The Journal is the most important activity on the XO.
 Having its activity icon permanently placed in the beginning of the bottom
 frame, and colored with the users colours, would be usefull:

  1. It would mean the user would allways be just one click away from
 accessing it.
  2. Would be usefull to re-launch the Journal if it crashed.

 The downsides of placing the Journal activity icon are:

  1. It takes away a space from the activity bar which could be filled with
 a users favourite activity launcher
  2. It could hinder the learning of Sugar, since it would behave
 differently than other icons on the same frame bar.
