#3273: XO files default to loading eToys when you try to open them

 I copied a .xo activity to my usb stick. Inserted the USB stick into the
 laptop and dragged the .xo file onto my journal. From the journal I
 clicked on this file, then clicked on resume.

 It started up eToys and asked if I wanted to see the zipped files or
 extract them. Either answer doesn't actually install the files and I don't
 believe eToys should start up when the file has a .zip or .xo extension.

 If this isn't a journal issue, please help to pass it on to the right
 person as it is a blocking issue for trial-3.
