 I'm not clear what you are referring to. My guess is that you might have
 read in the HIG about contextual chat bubbles on the activity overlay...
 If that's the case please reassign to interface-design, since it's a
 design issue.

 This feature is not planned for 1.0 btw. (the ActivityHost code is unused
 and it will have to be reworked heavily whenever we decide to implement
 contextual chat).
