 I suggest that Terminal should be
 the first tab in the developer
 console, not the last.  That way,
 you can press Alt-0 to activate the
 developer console and then
 immediately start typing commands,
 rather than having to select a tab
 with the mouse before typing.  This
 would be a boon to low vision
 developers (and possibly users) who
 may need to type some size-changing
 command as soon as possible, in
 which case the fewer obstacles
 there are before the command prompt
 the better.  (Ideally it should not
 be necessary to get to the command
 prompt to do such things, but while
 it is necessary, we might as well
 make it easier to get there.)  I
 believe the tab order can be changed in
 /usr/share/sugar/services/console/console.py
