 And, if I magically have more time.. we really only care about
 next->thread.esp in switch_to(); we can do the same trick there that we've
 done with 'hdev'.  In the resume path (after a certain point), do a
 stack_dump() every time that thread.esp gets updated.  When the stack dump
 goes from sane to what-the-hell-just-happened, we can narrow down the
 offending function further.  In theory.  If we're lucky.  And the planets
 align just right.
