Comment:

 I don't agree that this bug is should be a blocker. I don't think the two
 bugs have to be directly related. This one is dealing with speed of
 touchpad responsiveness. #4032 is dealing with a bug where the touchpad
 sensitivity goes hay-wire or that kids have to push too hard.

 I would like to leave this testing task as a future task when other issues
 have been resolved.

 We all use the touchpad every day. It is quite shippable -- not a blocker.
