Comment:

 Build 617.
 This ticket's priority and type seemed incorrect.

 This ticket is currently a "normal" priority "enhancement".  But the
 ticket it serves, #4032, is a "blocker" priority "defect".  How can a
 ticket intended to help fix a blocker defect be a normal enhancement?  It
 seems this ticket was never updated to reflect it's current status/role.

 Upgrading ticket to blocker defect.
