 #4431 also shows identical symptoms from the user's point of view, but has
 different log messages, and is more likely to be a hardware problem.

 Carrano, please specify if the machines in question have been ECO'd.   If
 they haven't, then they are likely to exhibit #1752 and should NOT be used
 for debugging this problem.

 An ECO'd laptop should have its ECO status indicated underneath the
 battery in the battery compartment.
