Comment:

 We also need to get bemasc machines; he's done all this without having
 ready access to hardware.  He's way too nice to squeak loudly enough....

 I think we need to have at least three categories: stuff shipped on the
 laptop fully installed, stuff shipped awaiting first use, part of the
 library, and activities on the school server library ready for download.

 I'm pretty sure this is in the first or second category...

 I'm making it a blocker on Walter, so he can think through this process
 more.  And it is a process we should have in place ASAP for our first
 deployment...
