Comment(by nasa):

 Hmm... was this in AC or DC mode? I attached my computer's headphone out
 to the input of the XO and used Audacity to generate waveforms. While in
 AC mode, they were reproduced perfectly (I had to turn the gain down to to
 around -27dB, but it worked).
