 When I launch etoys, it creates an entry without an associated document,
 and so puts in no mime type. Only when saving an actual project (by
 keeping explicitly or implicitly on exit) the mime type is filled in.
 Activity is always set to the bundle id, activity_id is only set on auto-
 save (on exit) whereas it is cleared on explicit keep which creates a
 copy.

 This means there are entries with and without an application/x-squeak-
 project mimetype, and only those with that mime-type used to be displayed
 when selecting "etoys project" from the drop-down. Selecting "etoys" used
 to show all entries because it only looked at the bundle id, not the mime
 type.
